The BCS400020ES test bench performs tests on oil hydraulic components such as flexible or rigid hoses, fittings, quick couplings, valves, etc. By means of a specific oil hydraulic circuit, the machine is capable of generating a test cycle made up of controlled pressure maintenance and ramps. The machine, thanks to the many optionals it can be providedwith, can perform the following operations: • burts tests • pressure maintenance (ISO1402 reference standard) • proof test • shutting off drops through optical fiber sensor TECHNICAL DATA: • Low pressure test: from about 20 bars up to 300 bars • High pressure test: from about 80 bars up to 4000 bars • Possibility to perform pressure ramps within 30 to 60 secs. • ISO VG 36/46 test fluid POWER SUPPLY: • Standard voltage 400 V - 50 Hz - 3ph (special voltages available upon request) • Total power installed: 9 Kw OPTIONALS: • Oil-oil multiplier (as spare part) • Circuit for testing blind components (e.g.: semi-quick couplings) • Supplementary anti-burst options • Enlarged testing chamber • Adapters
