IMPULSE TEST BENCH BCI250ES
The bench BCI250ES performs impulse test pressure of hydraulic valves components according to SAE J343, and ISO6803 specifications.

• Maximum test pressure 250 bar (3625 Psi)
• Minimum test pressure 50 bar (725 Psi)
• Test frequency 1Hz
• Maximum compressible volume 1720 cm3 (105 inch3)
• Maximum oil temperature 50°C (122°F)
SAFETY DEVICES:
• Interlocks, which prevent from starting the test when the hatch is open
• Displaying windows, which allow to see the elements being tested
• Complete with windows with polycarbonate protections
• Emergency button
• Automatic stop in case of any bench malfunction
POWER SUPPLY:
• Standard voltage 400V – 50Hz – three phase (different voltage on demand)
OPTIONAL:
• REMOTE SUPPORT DEVICE - software system for failure detection, suitable for online remote support
• HIGH TEMPEATURE - possibility to raise the testing temperature up to 150°C (302°F)
• MOBILE CONTROL PANEL - industrial PLC with 19’’ touch screen display on mobile support
• POLO quick connectors
